Saltwell Business Park is an £8 million development of 40,000sq. ft of new office space on the site of the former open air school on Durham Road in Gateshead. Brims Construction contracted Sustain Landscapes Limited to design and implement the soft landscaping scheme.

The works comprised:

  • Grading of topsoil and cultivating to shrub and grass areas
  • Application of herbicide, fertiliser and compost.
  • Turfing & grass seeding
  • Tree, hedge and shrub planting
  • Bark mulching
  • 12 months grounds maintenance .
