Health & Safety Training Day at Sustain Landscapes

October 19, 2013

logo_rolo[1]All staff at Sustain Landscapes took a day out of normal operations to attend a 1 day health and Safety Course. The Register of Landbased Operatives (ROLO) Health, Safety and Environmental Awareness Course  was delivered to all site based staff, supervisors and managers. At the end of the course an examination was taken to enable delegates to achieve the ROLO qualification.

All Sustain staff were successful in their examinations and will now move to carrying the new LISS/CSCS Card (Landbased Industry Skills Scheme/Construction Skills Certification Scheme).

The card, which will also detail other industry accredited competencies such as chainsaw and pesticides, will enable clients to monitor and be assured of operatives levels of competency working on their sites.
