Durham Investigative Hub, Spennymoor

Sustain Landscapes has commenced the soft landscaping element of the newly constructed Durham Investigative Hub at DurhamGate. The new hub has been built to replace the ageing custody estate in County Durham and will speed up processing of detainees allowing officers to return swiftly to the front line.

The soft landscaping works to the front of the hub and wrapping around the parking areas includes tree and shrub planting, native hedgerow planting, bulb planting and wildflower meadow seeding.
