Contract Win – Stoddart Street Student Accommodation, Newcastle

Sustain Landscapes will shortly be commencing soft landscaping works at the newly constructed student accommodation at Stoddart Street in Newcastle.

Built by Bam Construction the development, which is set out over three connecting blocks, will provide housing for over 400 students.

The soft landscaping package includes: top soiling; grass seeding; semi-mature tree planting, using the ArborRaft Urban Tree Planting System; shrub planting; installaion of ivy screens and bark mulching throughout the planting.

Once completed the soft landscaping will be maintained by the grounds maintenance teams at Sustain Landscapes.
