Gemma has an Environmental Studies Degree, an HND in Horticulture and over 15 Years experience in the civil engineering and landscaping Industry. Her experience includes marketing and pre tender bid work, management of quality, environmental and health and safety systems and managing a portfolio of grounds maintenance contracts to the value of circa £1M.

Gemma holds a multi disciplinary role within the Company overseeing and developing the Company systems and procedures, expanding the Company’s Client base and managing the Company grounds maintenance portfolio.
