Landscape Team Leader – Salary £25-30K
We currently have a vacancy for an experienced landscape foreperson. The ideal candidate will have several years experience in delivering commercial landscape construction contracts comprising hard and soft landscape elements.
Holding a clean driving licence, CSCS/CPCS card and certificates to operate a range of machinery the ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team of operatives to deliver schemes to a high quality, safely and in the required timescales.
Grounds Maintenance Foreperson/Team Leader – £23- 25k
We currently have a vacancy for a Grounds Maintenance Foreperson/Teamleader. The selected candidate will lead a small team on grounds maintenance contracts across the North East region implementing grounds maintenance programmes including grass cutting, weeding, pruning and sports pitch maintenance.
Holding a clean driving licence, CSCS/CPCS card and experience in operating a range of grounds maintenance machinery the ideal candidate will also have PA1/PA6 certificates and a driving licence enabling towing of a trailer.
Landscape Operatives – £17-20k
We currently have vacancies for Landscape Operatives to work on landscape construction and grounds maintenance contracts carrying out tasks such as weeding, pruning, grass cutting and shrub planting etc.
Candidates will hold a CSCS card. Previous landscaping/horticultural experience an advantage.
Landscape Apprentices
We currently have two vacancies for Horticulture/Landscape Apprentices to work on commercial hard and soft landscaping schemes and grounds maintenance contracts throughout the North East Region.
The selected candidates will work as members of a team whilst gaining experience in all aspects of commercial landscaping and grounds maintenance works which will include: – fencing, kerb laying, footpath and step construction, sport and play area construction, top soiling, planting, seeding and turfing, grass cutting, strimming, hedge cutting, and sports pitch maintenance.
Apprentices will attend Derwentside College to gain a Level 2 Diploma in Construction Operations.
