Sustain Landscapes were selected as the preferred contractor for the grounds maintenance contract at Houghton Kepier Sports College in County Durham following a competitive tendering exercise.
The grounds maintenance contract comprises the following elements:
- Maintenance of amenity grass
- Maintenance of sports field areas to include: grass cutting, initial marking of pitches, over marking, fertilising, topdressing, aeration, selective weedkilling, athletics track marking and goal post erection and dismantling.
- Maintenance of long jump pits and run ups.
- Maintenance of 3G synthetic turf pitch
- Hard area weed control
